Talented director Parasuram has built a name for himself over the years in Tollywood. After doing 'Srirasthu Subhamasthu' under 'GA2 Pictures', he gave them a blockbuster in the form of 'Geetha Govindham'. After delivering such a big hit, he had to wait for four years to release his next movie 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' starring Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh in the lead.

The movie was a commercial success but Parasuram was criticized for the predictable story and screenplay. After this flick, he committed himself to working with 'GA2 Pictures' again. He even okayed a movie with Naga Chaitanya under '14 Reels Plus' banner. He even gave a green signal to work with Nandamuri Balakrishna under Mythri Movie Makers banner.

Balakrishna talk about this project openly and claimed that it will start once 'Veera Simha Reddy' releases. Out of the blue, Parasuram decided to work with Vijay Deverakonda under Dil Raju's production. It is expected to be a sequel to 'Geetha Govindham 2'. Dil Raju posted a picture with the hero and the director which officially confirmed this project.

But Parasuram was supposed to make the same project in 'GA2 Pictures' banner. Sources say that Parasuram took a big chunk of remuneration as advance from Allu Aravind already. But Dil Raju is reportedly planning a 100-crore film with Vijay Deverakonda. The star producer decided that Parasuram is the right choice for the project and reportedly offered a fancier remuneration which made the 'Solo' director change sides as per sources. Allu Aravind reportedly wanted to file a complaint against Parasuram in the Producer's Council.

But he did not do that for some reason. Deverakonda who officially announced 'Geetha Govindham' already has 'Khushi' in his hands. It is directed by Shiva Nirvana and Samantha is the heroine. He even signed up for a movie with Gautham Thinnanuri. Vijay may take some time to wrap up these two films and reports suggest that Parasuram may complete Balakrishna's film in the meanwhile.
