Pooja Comes In Support Of Kareena!

As we know, the male actors get a huge remuneration which is loads more than what the women get in the film industry. The male actors get heavy paycheques as experts usually claim that they have the capacity to bring the audience to the theatres.
A lot of actresses have spoken up about equal pay over the decades but there is no change in the scenario. Recently, Taapsee Pannu voiced her opinion on this issue and stated that women should be paid equally as men.
Bollywood star heroine Kareena Kapoor demanded 12 crores for a film which raised many eyebrows. Tapsee defended the 'Bodyguard' actress and the latest heroine to support Kareena's demand is dusky siren Pooja Hegde.
The 'DJ' actress said, 'She is asking for what she thinks she is worth and it is the producer's call at the end of the day on what he thinks he can pay. So more power to her. The more women realize their worth, the more they will even get what they deserve.'
Pooja gave this reply when she was asked if she was charging heavily for special appearances or not. Currently, Pooja is awaiting the release of 'Most Eligible Bachelor' with Akhil and her huge project 'Radhe Shyam' with Prabhas has completed production and will be released on 14th January. She is also acting in a special role in 'Acharya' as the love interest of Ram Charan. Other than Tollywood, she is doing a film with Ranveer Singh named 'Cirkus' which is directed by Rohit Shetty. She is also the romantic interest of Salman Khan in his upcoming flick 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali'. Coming to Tamil, he is the heroine in Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast' which is directed by Nelson. She is currently one of the busiest actresses in India.
She started her career with 'Mask' in Tamil and made her Telugu debut with 'Oka Laila Kosam' and 'Mukunda' which came in 2014. She later made a huge entry in Bollywood with 'Mohenjodaro' but it failed badly which made her return to South.
