During the making of 'Pushpa', no one would have thought that it will be getting such a huge popularity across the nation. The Hindi dubbed version of 'Pushpa - The Rise' was released in not many theatres with zero publicity. Also, the film got a mixed talk on its first day in Telugu states. Despite all that, the film grew on people and turned out to be one of the biggest hits in 2021. The songs were a massive hit across the nation and everyone started using 'Pushpa' dialogues and mannerisms in their day-to-day life. The first part's success increased the expectations massively on the 'Pushpa: The Rule' which did not begin till date.

It is without a doubt that 'Pushpa 2' is one of the most-awaited films in India. This rustic action drama is now getting the recognition on an international level. The music became viral and Bunny's 'Thaggede le' mannerism too become a big trend. The latest we hear is that the first part of 'Pushpa' has been screened at Moscow International Film Festival recently. Indian Embassy in Moscow revealed that it was released with English as well as Russian subtitles. It was reportedly screened in 'Blockbuster hits from across the globe category.

'Pushpa' is set in the backdrop of red sanders smuggling and it is released on a pan-Indian scale. It was dubbed in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Rashmika played the role of Srivalli in this film while Malayalam star hero Fahadh Faasil played the role of Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. Actors like Ajay Ghosh, Sunil, Anasuya and others played negative roles in this high-budget film. Devi Sri Prasad gave the music while Mythri Movie Makers bankrolled it. Sukumar is the film's director.
