Only "Intros" To Cost So Much Of RRR Budget?

We tend to refer to Hero or important character introduction shots, sequences as "Intros" in short. They are far expensive with big actors playing big lead roles.
When a director like SS Rajamouli imagines such sequences, they get even bigger and epic. The budget to realise them on screen will also be soaring high.
As per the information we received, RRR - his latest multi-starrer with Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, will have a budget of 50 crores spent on just the leads intro sequences, it seems.
Adding to both of them, even Ajay Devgn will get a huge sequence to introduce him as the word is that he could be playing Bhagat Singh or Chandrasekhar Azad. Some are even saying that he could be playing Subhash Chandra Bose, even though SSR did not confirm about it.
Well, the actors will go to Vadodara in Gujarat and then to Pune for shoot after Ram Charan gets doctor medically fit clearance certificate, it seems. Number of Hollywood technicians are being flown in to work on the project.
Close to 400 crores budget will be spend on the film with Alia Bhatt playing one heroine. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR are playing Telugu freedom fighters - Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem, respectively.
