Rajnikanth Completes Dubbing For 'Baba' After 20 Years!

Superstar Rajnikanth is a man that needs zero introduction. He is a brand whose value never goes down. His charm, ultimate style and swagger is enough for the audience to go bonkers in theatres. He doesn't sport six pack, he is not handsome, he is not a good dancer and he is not on level with other legends when it comes to acting. But he has something special in him and it is what made him the superstar he is. Even in his seventies, everyone are dying to see him on the big screen.

His fans are going to have a blast in a few days as his memorable film 'Baba' is getting re-released after 20 years. This supernatural movie with a devotional touch was released back in 2002 and Rajnikanth gave the story and screenplay apart from acting as the lead and bankrolling this project. Suresh Krissna directed this movie while AR Rahman is the music composer. The film was met with mixed response and Rajnikanth had to return money to the distributors too.

But the movie turned into a classic over the years and it was praised for the solid story and deep message it tried to give along with a few standard Rajni mark sequences. With this movie getting released again, a few new scenes were added now which raised the curiosity of everyone. Recently, superstar finished the dubbing for these parts and everyone are eager to watch Rajni on the big screens once again.

Rajnikanth is currently working on 'Jailer' which is expected to hit the screens on 14th April. Tamil director Nelson who is known for his engaging crime comedies like 'CoCo Kokila' and 'Doctor' has recently faced a huge debacle in the form of 'Beast'. He is the director of 'Jailer'. As per the grapevine, Rajni will be seen as a 'Jailer' in this film and the entire proceedings will happen in the jail. Sensational music composer Anirudh Ravichander will be giving the music for this project. While Sun Pictures are bankrolling it.
