The Killer isn't a Rapist or Kidnapper or One-Side Lover, but a Mentally Disturbed Person who is committing murders with perfect planning. He is suffering from Anti-Social Personality Disorder. The Investigation Officer comes up with an idea of ruining the thrill factor for the psycho killer so that the planning gets disturbed but he doesn't take much time to realise that it's much more serious issue than what he anticipated.
Intriguing Theatrical Trailer of 'Rakshasudu' guarantees several nail-biting moments. This faithful remake of the Tamil superhit 'Ratsasan' have all the factors to hit the bull's eye.
As a cop, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas looks very much believable. Not much focus was on the macho angle and that's a good sign.
Director Ramesh Varma Penmetsa didn't try to make any changes to the original but focusses on making 'Rakshasudu' an edge of the seat thriller. Better not to expect any commercial elements from this flick releasing on August 2nd!
