Chiru & Charan Shifts To A New Palace!

Megastar Chiranjeevi, who scored a decent hit with 'Sye Raa' is now shifting his base this weekend along with Charan's family and his wife. With the house warming party organized this weekend, we bring you some exclusive snippets about this 'Mega' palace.
It is a 25,000 Sq Ft wide house designed by Mumbai based company called Tahiliani Homes and they reportedly added a touch of Indian art amidst the modern outlook.
The house comprises of a special room with chess-board like flooring and another with jade decorated ceilings and walls, basement which has a mandir made with stones reminiscent of 2nd century and many other specialties in it designed as per their taste. As the previous house was bought 15 years ago when Chiru moved to Hyderabad from Chennai and it became small for them as families of Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan stay together, they decided to by this lavish palace near MCHRD Institute in Jubilee Hills.
