Revanth Reddy resigns to TDP

As expected, Revanth Reddy quit Telugu Desam Party. After the meeting with Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada on Saturday, He offered his resignation to the primary membership of the party.
Since the past 10 Days, Revanth Reddy began moving closely with Congress Leaders. He even met Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi recently. Some of the Senior Congress Leaders had already welcomed the entry of Revanth Reddy. Considering all these developments, Revanth Reddy was sacked from the posts of TDP Working President and TDLP Floor Leader.
In Yesterday's Politburo Meeting, TTDP President L Ramana briefed Chandrababu Naidu about the manner in which Revanth Reddy violated party discipline and the allegations he made against the party leaders. When he was informed that Revanth Reddy alleged KCR is behind TDP-BJP's recent meeting at Golconda Hotel, Naidu maintained: 'Neither Congress nor TRS are close to us'.
