'Sailaja Reddy Alludu' Release Postponed Due To Kerala Floods?

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya teamed up with ace director Maruthi and is coming up with a rom-com 'Sailaja Reddy Alludu'. The movie features Anu Emmanuel as the female lead and Ramya Krishna as Anu's mother. The film was supposed to hit the screens on August 31st but rumours are rife that it could get postponed till September 4th.
Director Maruthi went to Kerala to oversee the re-recording of Gopi Sundar but got stuck in the heavy rains there. The post-production works are getting delayed as well. The teaser garnered positive response but the trailer of the film is yet to get released. In fact, the movie unit planned a grand pre-release event with NTR as the chief guest. But as the team is busy with post-production works, the event might or might not take place.
Though it is not official yet, the movie release is much likely to get pushed for a few more days. Meanwhile, Naga Shourya's 'Narthanasala' will hit the screens on time on August 30th.
