It is known that Samantha Akkineni has been staying away from commercial and glamorous roles and is only concentrating on content oriented movies which offer scope of performance for her roles.
The actress who has already scored hits like 'U Turn', 'Majili', 'Oh Baby' is now going to foray into the digital world. She is going to follow the footsteps of actors like Rana Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu etc and is going to test her luck with a web series this time. If the buzz is to be believed, Samantha is in talks for a web series in Amazon Prime. When asked about the same, Samantha didn't denied it. So, we can expect that she will give clarity on this very soon.
On the movie front, Samantha will be next seen in '96' Telugu remake and she is also going to play a guest role in her father-in-law Akkineni Nagarjuna's upcoming movie 'Manmadhudu 2'.
