Why senior beauties not getting roles?

Senior hotties like Kajol and Juhi Chawla are not getting huge applause these days in films but at the same time not getting huge offers from film makers as well. Wonder why?
Responding on the same, Shahrukh Khan said, "I'm always interested to work with the likes of Juhi Chawla and Kajol but the situation in Bollywood is demanding more. Actually people are loving to see young actresses paired with us and we are following the same trend. There is genuine marketing need and we have to stick to it".
Even the same thing works for Telugu heroines as well as masses love to see young girl as leading ladies always.
