Reel baddie Sonu Sood has turned real hero for lakhs of Indians during the lockdown period, by lending a helping hand for those who are in dire need. He even bought several Indians back struck in other countries.
He took his humanitarian works to a whole new level by selling a few properties and pledging a few of them to get money to help people. A few of his friends too helped him in this cause.
On the work front, Sonu Sood will be seen next in Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Acharya. He is essaying a key role in the action-drama based on the lines of Naxalism.
The actor has landed in Hyderabad today to join the sets of Acharya for his portion of the scenes. Sonu Sood, a fitness freak has opted for a bicycle to reach the sets rather than cars.
Despite the government lifting the lockdown, the actor is continuing to help others who are in need. Rubbishing the political angle behind his humanitarian work, he said he is helping others for his satisfaction.
