After Rajamouli, Sukumar Gets To Do That!

Once upon a time, Dasari Narayana Rao used to have small cameos in his own films or his assistants films in his real life character. Raghavendra Rao did in few and Kondandarami Reddy, Kodi Ramakrishna acted in few films too.
Kodi Ramakrishna gained name for his performances as well. In Tamil, K. Balachander became so popular that if someone wanted to show a film set and a director, he used to be the first one.
In recent times, Puri Jagannadh became the director who makes cameos in others films as director and then, Rajamouli got that distinction.
Now, Sukumar with Rangasthalam success, is getting the same treatment. He unannounced appeared in Nani's Gangleader as Telugu Director of Drama Land and Nani tells him that he never saw his films.
Sukumar asks him for story rights and he accepts gleefully. Vikram Kumar used his cameo to show that Pencil Parthasarthy finally attained big success.
Sukumar will be seen in a cameo in Harish Shankar's Valmiki too. Even if they don't end up becoming actors, directors do have the passion to see themselves on camera and popular directors, seem to be fulfilling their dreams like this!
