Comedian-turned-Hero Sunil badly needs a hit right now. 'Poolarangadu' (2012) happens to his last successful film and the credit for positive outcome of 'Thadakha' (2013) goes to Naga Chaitanya. Films like, 'Mr.Pellikoduku' & 'Bheemavaram Bullodu' damaged his market to an extent. So, Sunil can't go wrong this time and but he got few hurdles to overcome for bouncing back.
Insiders say, Sunil's upcoming film 'Krishnastami' shoot has been completed and post-production work is in full swing. Dil Raju had earlier thought of releasing it for Pongal 2016 but he had to change his plans because of the biggies line-up for the festival. Nannaku Prematho, Dictator and Soggade Chinni Nayana are in race for Sankranthi next year.
On the other hand, Even Christmas slot has been blocked by few mid-range films. Varun Tej's Loafer, Gopichand's Soukhyam and Two Other Films will be hitting the screens in December 2nd half.
The only option left for Sunil is to wait for a perfect release (for ex: Raju Gari Gadhi) by completing Post-Production and Censor Formalities as early as possible.
