Superstar's 'SVP' Creates An All-Time Record On Day1!

The first day collections of 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' are officially out. The production house has released a poster which clearly states that this family and action entertainer has grossed a whopping 75 crores on its very first day. This is the highest number for any regional movie till date. It is necessary to keep in mind that 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' wasn't dubbed in other languages like recent big films.
It was released worldwide in Telugu and managed to pose such record numbers at the box office. It is an all-time record according to the makers and the collections in the Telugu states prove it. In the overseas market too, the movie earned over $1 million on its very first day and it is expected to register some huge numbers at the box office by the end of this weekend. Being a summer release, the movie has an added advantage and there are no big releases till 'F3' comes out on the 27th of May which makes it easy for Mahesh's film to recover its investment.
The film is getting mixed responses from the audience as they liked the entertainment and superstar's energetic avatar but had issues with the second half. Mahesh is known for his sense of humor and charming looks. Both these components were on full display in 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'. With the film turning out to be an average one for neutral audience, it is Mahesh's star power and screen presence that should rescue the film. Let us wait and see if it happens or not.

Vennela Kishore, Subbaraju, Samuthirakani and others play key roles. R Madhie handles the cinematography, while Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor and AS Prakash takes care of the art department. Ram - Lakshman master composed the fights while Yugandhar is the VFX supervisor. Directed by Parasuram Petla, this film has Keerthy Suresh romancing Mahesh.
