The original story of Pink was not changed for Vakeel Saab: Sriram Venu

Ever since the teaser of Vakeel Saab was released, a lot of questions were raised on the changes to the Pink story. The teaser was released in a way to highlight Pawan Kalyan's character.
Vakeel Saab director Sriram Venu has responded to these claims in a recent interview. The director has rubbished all the rumours and said the main story was not changed for Vakeel Saab.
For the unversed, Vakeel Saab is an original remake of Bollywood Hit Courtdrama Pink. Pawan will be seen as a dynamic lawyer Sathyadev. Vakeel Saab will be released on April 9th.
"The main story of Pink was not changed. Like the original version, Vakeel Saab is also a legal drama. The major scenes in Vakeel Saab's trailer are court scenes. Only the narration of the film was changed," the director said.
A few scenes were added to match the stardom of Pawan Kalyan. The changes were made in a way that Pawan Kalyan's fans were satisfied and the original idea of Pink remains alive, Sriram Venu added.
The director went on to say that Vakeel Saab is going to be full meals to the fans and he has directed the courtroom drama as a fan of Power Star Pawan Kalyan.
