Thimmarusu and Ishq digital rights sold!

Two films in Tollywood were released this week, Thimmarusu and Ishq. The two films mark the first ones to have a theatrical release after the Covid second wave had started.
The films have managed to attract the audiences to the theatres and are having a decent performance.
Now it is said that the digital streaming rights were inked for both the films, which will be streamed after the theatrical run.
According to the information, Satyadev starrer Thimmarasu was sold to Netflix, while Ishq rights were sold to Sun NXT. The streaming dates will be out soon.
Though both films are official remakes, Thimmarusu and Ishq belong to different genres. While Thimmarusu is a courtroom drama, Ishq is a love story with thriller elements.
