Three New Release Dates In Consideration For Bheemla Nayak

It is all but confirmed that Pawan Kalyan and Rana's Bheemla Nayak won't be releasing in theatres on the 12th of January, as announced earlier. The makers have opted to postpone the film's release in order to avoid a head-on clash with biggies like RRR and Radhe Shyam. They intend to pick a solo release date for the film. They are confident that the film has enough commercial elements to pull the audience to theatres in big numbers no matter when it releases. This is the reason why they are opting to pick a solo release date, which will not just ensure stellar openings for the film but also a prolonged run, which should serve the film's theatrical revenue prospect very well.

Now, a total of three new release dates are in consideration for Bheemla Nayak. While the Republic day slot - 26th January is the earliest one, the other two are in February and March respectively. If the Republic day release prospect is not viable, the other two dates that are in consideration are 25th February and 1st March. The idea behind the March 1st release is the Maha Sivarathri release window, which is often regarded as a lucrative one for new releases. The makers are eyeing the same. There are three release windows that are in consideration for the Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati starrer.

Incidentally, even Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which was in the Sankranthi race opted out later and the film was shifted to 1st April. The makers of Bheemla Nayak are treading a similar path now as they have opted to postpone the film's release by at least two weeks. This is understandable, given the fact that RRR and Radhe Shyam have locked early January release. Both these films are mounted on a massive budget and it is only reasonable that they get a free release window at the Tollywood box office.

Meanwhile, it is heard that Nagarjuna's Bangarraju, the sequel to Soggade Chinni Nayana might be picking up the Sankranthi release slot as the film looks set to lock 15th January as its release date.
