Tough Luck Continues for Gautham Vasudev Menon

Gautham Menon and the release woes of films is a never-ending saga. Right from Saaasam Swaasaga Saagipo, all of his films are facing financial troubles and still lying under cans. The films Enai Noki Paayum Thota and Dhruva Nachchthiram have completed their respective shoots long back but still, they aren't being able to hit the screens despite featuring star heroes like Dhanush and Vikram.
A few days back, Gautham Menon officially announced that Dhanush starrer Enai Noki Paayum Thota will hit the screens of 6th of September. A new trailer was released and all the fans of both Gautham and Dhanush were excited about the release. But all of a sudden, the makers have canceled the release yesterday due to financial issues.
In an official statement, the makers wrote, "We request for a little more of your patience and ask that you support us and the movie at this point. It’s been a journey, no doubt, and we are aware that the delays in the release have put us at the receiving end of a lot of your angst, frustration, and comments and we have always taken that in our stride. But when we are so close to delivering, we hope to receive your support and wishes rather than anything else."
The makers haven't announced the new release date and the wait of all the fans still continues.
