Upasana Exposes Charan's VVR Diet Plan

Immediately after Rangasthalam, Mega Power Star Ram Charan jumped on the project, Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Boyapati Srinu is the director of the movie and Charan needed to undergo a physical transformation to fit in the role named Ram Konidela designed by Boyapati. Everyone wondered if Charan can pull off the feat but he has stunned everyone with an amazing transformation. The pics that are currently trending viral proves the same.



Putting this aside, there is actually a lot that Charan followed to get into this desired shape. With the help of a personal fitness trainer, Ram Charan followed a strict diet and achieved this look. Upasana posted the official diet plan of Ram Charan during the preparation for the movie and wrote, "Hard work, Dedication & Discipline ! #ramcharan #vvr diet ! Try the diet ! Stay fit ! Stay healthy ! @rakeshudiyar"

According to the diet plan, Charan starts taking the food at 8 AM in the morning and his last meal happens at 6PM. In a couple of pictures, the clear diet plan of Charan was explained. Ram Charan has completely avoided taking coffee, dairy products, red meat, wheat, sugar fruits. He also omitted the supplements.

Rakesh Udiyar is the fitness trainer for Ram Charan during the film. Well, Rakesh must be appreciated for bringing the best out of Charan for the movie.

Vinaya Vidheya Rama is going to release on 11th of this month.
