Venkatesh's Drushyam 2 Locks Tentative Digital Release Date

Venkatesh Daggubati is being applauded for his fine performance in Narappa, which released on Amazon Prime Video on the 20th of this month. He is now awaiting the release of his upcoming film, Drushyam 2, which will also be released directly on OTT.
Disney+ Hotstar has acquired the digital rights of Drushyam 2 and in all likelihood, the film will be premiering on the platform on 9th, or 10th September. The makers have already closed the OTT release deal with Disney+ Hotstar and an official announcement on the same will be made very soon.
Disney+ Hotstar plans to make the film available for streaming from 9th or 10th September as Vinayaka Chavithi special. The final call regarding the premieres date will be taken in the next couple of weeks.
Interestingly enough, Nithiin's Maestro which is also heading the OTT way will be premiering on Disney+ Hotstar in the month of August this year.
It appears to be that Disney+ Hotstar will be having two big Telugu releases in a span of a month or so.
