Venkatesh Happy With 'Rana Naidu' Despite Criticism!

'Rana Naidu' is one web series for which a lot of Telugu audiences waited for. Though it was made in Hindi, the series had Telugu heroes Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati playing the lead roles. People were shocked to see the boldness, vulgarity and filthy language used in this Netflix series. More than the story and narration, the above-mentioned aspects got highlighted and the Telugu crowd who are used to seeing Venkatesh in soft family roles were stunned to see him mouthing cuss words all the time and showcasing another side to him.
A lot of people were not pleased to see Venkatesh in this manner and they expressed their displeasure on social media. Despite hte heavy criticism, Venkatesh was focused on 'Saindhav' and did not respond to anything. The makers have already announced that the production of the second season will be starting soon. After all this time, the 'Raja' hero finally responded about the criticism on 'Rana Naidu'.
He said, "I am happy with the response of Rana Naidu. I have been trying new always. I will check if changes can be made for the second season of Rana Naidu. It is not possible to impress everyone. We have to keep going."
As we know, he is working on an interesting action thriller titled 'Saindhav' under Sailesh Kolanu's direction. It is going to be his maiden pan-Indian flick. The cast of the film includes Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Ruhani Sharma, Andrea Jeremiah, Shraddha Srinath and others. This star-studded film will have the backing of an efficient technical crew as well. Santosh Narayanan is composing the music while S Manikandan is the director of photography. Avinash Kolla is the production designer while Garry Bh is the editor. Kishore Thallur is the co-producer. 'Saindhav' is a Pan India movie that will release in all southern languages and Hindi during Christmas on December 22nd.
