It is known that Victory Venkatesh is remaking the super hit Tamil film 'Asuran' in Telugu. Venkatesh who is on a roll with successive hits like 'F2' and 'Venky Mama' opted for this intense rural drama. He is attempting genre after a long time and the makers released three posters recently to announce that the film went to floors.
The posters came as a surprise to many and Venkatesh looked perfect for that old man's role perfectly. His rough look with intense expressions along with a spear in his hand makes for a raw and intense poster. In another poster, his angry and fierce look is wonderful.
The film has been titled 'Naarappa' and interestingly family director Srikanth Addala who is known for his soft films took up this rural mass remake for the first time and let us see how he handles it. The film is expected to hit the screens in the second half of 2020.
