After a super hit like 'Krack', Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja has finished working on his action-thriller 'Khiladi' under the direction of Ramesh Varma. Immediately, he started his next project named 'Ramarao On Duty' in which he will be seen as a government officer. Directed by debutant Sarath Mandava, the shooting of this film is in progress and the makers are aggressively promoting this action entertainer right from the beginning.

After revealing the massy title, they unveiled the first look poster which drew a lot of positive response. They also revealed some interesting details in the poster which grabbed the attention of many film lovers.  It said, “I, do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to India and the constitution of India as by law established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India, and that I will carry out the duties of my office loyally, honestly and with impartially.” This movie has two beautiful heroines like Rajisha Vijayan and Divyasha Kaushik who play an important part in the story. Now, they revealed another big name that is going to be a part of this action entertainer.

Hero Venu Thottempudi who is known for his highly entertaining movies took a brief sabbatical from films. But he is making his comeback with an intriguing role in 'Ramarao On Duty'. Venu is popular for his comedy timing and sources claim that he plays a never-seen-before role in this Ravi Teja's movie. Popular artists like Pavitra Lokesh, Nasser, Naresh, Rahul Rama Krishna, Madhu Sudan Rai, Surekha Vani and others are playing key roles.

Music is being composed by Sam CS while Sathyan Soorya ISC is the cinematographer. Edited by Praveen KL, Sudhakar Cherukuri is producing this action entertainer under his 'SLV Cinemas LLP' banner in association in 'RT Teamworks'. The story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are all handled by Sarath Mandava.

Venu Thottempudi made his debut with 'Swayamvaram' and went onto act in movies like 'Chiru Navvutho', 'Hanuman Junction', 'Kalyana Ramudu', 'Pellam Oorellithe', 'Khushi Khushiga' and others. He was last seen playing a supporting role in NTR and Boyapati Sreenu's mass entertainer 'Dhammu' which came out in 2012.
