Since the 2019 general elections that saw Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSRCP crushing the TDP and pushing it into the opposition, we have seen both parties targeting each other on various issues. The alleged drug racket in the state had now become the reason behind two parties locking horns with each other.

Days after TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu tortured the national capital Delhi and met President Ram Nath Kovind, YSRCP Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai Reddy breathed fire on Babu and termed him terrorists and chief of terrorists.

Speaking to the media in Delhi, Vijayasai Reddy questioned the intentions behind the former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu meeting the President. Alleging that Chandrababu Naidu is trying to create unrest and hinder the law and order in the state, the YCP leader called out CBN.

Vijayasai Reddy came down severely on Chandrababu for demanding the President's Rule in the state and asked why a leader who earlier brought a resolution to abolish Article 356 wants to impose the same in the state. What is his intention behind asking for the President's Rule? he asked.

Taking a dig at Chandrababu Naidu's failure in getting an appointment from the Delhi leadership, Vijayasai Reddy said that the leaders like Union Home Minister and others refused to give an appointment as they were aware of the wrongdoing of Chandrababu.

Vijayasai Reddy told the media at the national capital that the party leaders would seek an appointment from the honorable President and the Election Commission of Chief(ECI) chief. The leaders will file a complaint against Chandrababu and his party, he said.

Ruling party leader Vijayasai Reddy became critical of Chandrababu on his Delhi visit and asked if he was trying to support Pattabhi who used abusive language against the Chief Minister. Targeting Chinnababu Lokesh, he alleged that Lokesh has a role in the drugs menace.

The alleged drug issue in the state is bringing a lot of bad image for Andhra Pradesh. It is said that during his meeting with the President, Chandrababu Naidu requested the President to root out the menace from the state. Earlier today, Pawan Kalyan had also raised his voice against the drug mafia.
