Vijayashanti Reacts On Rumours Over Film Re-Entry

Vijayashanti is making a comeback into Film Industry with Mahesh Babu and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer 'Sarileru Mekevvaru' which is being directed by Anil Ravipudi.
The Senior Actress-Turned-Politician broke her silence on her re-entry to end the speculations doing rounds: 'All the sections of people responded positively over my decision to make a comeback into films after 13 years. Few Individuals have been expressing doubts over my re-entry. They wondered whether if I would continue into politics or not. Actually, I received the offer six months back itself but choose to wait for fulfilling my responsibility as a Star Campaigner and Campaign Committee Chairman of Telangana Congress. That's my commitment to Politics!'.
Regarding the criticism over remaining inactive from 2014 to 2018, Ramulamma made it clear she fulfilled any responsibility offered by the party high command with utmost sincerity. She added, 'That is the reason why I have been chosen for the crucial post of Campaign Committee Chairman. May be, All the activities I do as a Congress Member mayn't come to the notice of public. That doesn't mean I away staying away from politics'.
