Megastar Chiranjeevi is completely busy with the promotions of his upcoming film 'Godfather'. After formally launching the Allu Studios, he flew to Mumbai and launched the Hindi trailer of 'Godfather'. He has already defied his age and gave a fiery speech despite the heavy rain in Kurnool on 28th September. He is giving a lot of interviews to the media personnel.

During the promotions, he talked about the disastrous result of his last film 'Acharya'. He said, "During the beginning of my career, I used to be very happy with the success and was too sad when failures arrived. But those days have passed as I have seen a lot in the first 15 years of my career. I learnt to endure pain both physically and mentally during those times. At getting a mature, success and failures never bothered me."

He added, "The fate of any film doesn't rest in our hands. We did the best we could. The failure of 'Acharya' did not make me depressed. We did what the director asked us to do. The only disappointment with 'Acharya' is that it was the first film me and Charan acted on together and it became a flop. We may not get excited about the chance of working together in the future. That is the only regret."

'Acharya' arrived with a lot of expectations and tanked at the box office. The film's unit had to compensate the buyers in order to reduce the amount of losses they faced. Coming to 'Godfather', Mohan Raja is directing the movie while RB Choudary and NV Prasad are producing it, while Konidela Surekha is presenting it. Nirav Shah is the cinematographer while Suresh Selvarajan is the art director. Thaman is the music composer.
