Tharun Bhascker made a splashing entry into Tollywood with 'Pellichoopulu'. The fresh treatment and casual dialogues in the film took everyone by surprise. The film was a blockbuster and it even brought a national award to this director. After a fantastic debut, he came up a buddy flick called 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' with all new actors. Though the film was good, it ended up as an average fare at the box-office.
Tharun stepped out of direction and slipped into the shoes of an actor for Vishwak Sen's 'Falaknuma Das' and he impressed everyone with his performance. Later, he came a full-length hero in Vijay Devarakonda's maiden production venture 'Meeku Maatrame Cheptha'. The film ended up as a failure and now there is no news about his future plans as an actor or a director.
There was news that he made a script ready for Venkatesh and it will be based on horse racings. But the film never materialised and Venky is now busy for the next few months with 'Naarappa'. Suresh Productions reportedly made a deal with him and Tharun's next film is expected to be produced by them. But the question is, What is Tharun Bhascker's next film?
