What is the truth about Vikramarkudu 2?

For the past few days, we have been hearing that the sequel of Vikramarkudu, Vikramarkudu 2 is very much on cards and it will be hitting the floors ver soon.
But when we dug deep, we got to know that all the fizz surrounding Vikramarkudu 2 are just rumors for now and there is no affirmative update regarding the project.
Following the debacle of Kick 2, the sequel of Kick, Ravi Teja has been completely disinclined towards sequels. So, he has no intention of taking the project onto the floors.
Ravi Teja is currently focused on his ongoing projects, Ramarao on Duty and a comedy caper with Trinadha Rao Nakkina. Vikramarkudu 2 is not in his vicinity till now.
It is a bit too early to comment about Vikramarkudu 2 just yet. Further developments will determine the potential materialization of the project.
