Why Did Valmiki Sing That Sobhan Babu Song Not Chiru Song?

Valmiki is one of the few films that many Mega fans are eagerly waiting before ultimate Megastar film, Sye Raa, for which they have sky-high expectations.
As off now, they are a bit disappointed that Ram Charan, who normally rocks promotions, is still waiting for the right time in case of Sye Raa, second phase of promotions.
First phase was completed the minute, the first teaser released as the team gave interviews to National Media. Second phase has to start with songs and trailer release.
On 18th September, a huge pre-release event will kick start promotions of Sye Raa and the event will be conducted at Kurnool.
Some Megafans are upset that why Megastar Chiranjeevi's song from 1980's is not remixed in Varun Tej's Valmiki but Vennelocchi Godaramma from Devatha, a Sobhan Babu hit song, is being remixed.
The reason for this is said to be that the song, being biggest hit during 1982, is used to remix in the film as the time period for Varun and Pooja Hegde portions is the same year.
By that year, Chiranjeevi did not have such huge hit numbers, hence this movie used that song. Movie is releasing on 20th September.
