Wilderness Preservation Organisation picks Upasana as its Ambassador

Vice-Chairperson of Apollo Life Upasana Kamineni, who is also the Editor-in-Chief of B Positive Magazine was selected as the Ambassador of Forest Frontline Heroes of World Wide Fund for Nature(WWF).
Upasana being picked for the new role comes in the line of honoring the forest heroes, who are working hard in the restoration and conservation of the forests. The heroes' hard work would be highlighted with the support of Upasana Konidela.
The Forest heroes are the unsung heroes who sweat it out in the extremely tough conditions, like soaring heat and heavy rains to safeguard the forests. Rendering their services during the pandemic time became a huge task for them.
The Non-Government organisation had decided to shed light on the duties rendered by them. As part of this, Upasana Konidela, who was into hospital sectors was picked as she is aware of the heroics of Frontline workers.
Responding to the news, Upasana Konidela Kamineni said she is humbled and grateful to be a part of the noble cause to highlight the work being done by the Forest heroes.
Upasana Konidela is an evident animal lover and voices her support for the rights of animals. She has a horse farm, where she raises beautiful horses. She often shares a glimpse of her farm, on social media.
