Will The Akkineni Sentiment Workout For Akhil?

Previously, when the makers announce a release date, they make sure that the film is ready by that time. Barring a few exceptions, most of the movies used to hit the screens on time. But things changed drastically over the past few years and it got even worse post the pandemic. 'Liger' got postponed a lot of times before finally arriving on 25th August. The same may happen to Vijay's next film 'Khushi'. This romantic entertainer was supposed to get released in December as announced but reports suggest that it may get postponed.
This may work in Akhil's favor as he is looking for a perfect release date. Since Vijay is busy with the promotions of 'Liger' this August, it may take a while for him to join the shooting of 'Khushi'. Also, the makers have a lot to shoot and they do not want to hurry unnecessarily. Apparently, they are looking at options in January or February in 2023.
Coming to Akhil, the youngster's upcoming spy action thriller 'Agent' has dropped out from August since the shooting is not completed. The festive seasons are getting filled with big projects and sources say that Vijay moving away from December will be a blessing for 'Agent'. The month of December has always proved to be lucky for the Akkineni family and we need to see if Akhil manages to score a huge hit with 'Agent' or not.
The teaser got a very good response and Mammootty is seen playing a vital role in this flick while Sakshi Vaidya will be romancing Akhil onscreen. Crazy music composer Hip Hop Tamizha is scoring the music while top writer Vakkantam Vamsi has penned the story. Produced by Rambrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments banner along with Surender 2 Cinema banner. Ragul Herian Dharuman cranks the camera. National Award winner Naveen Nooli is the editor while Avinash Kolla is the art director. Ajay Sunkara, Pathi Deepa Reddy are the co-producers of the film which is going to have a pan-Indian release. Surender Reddy is the director of this movie.
