As we know, SS Rajamouli's magnum opus 'RRR' has come to the end of its theatrical run and it is getting ready for OTT release. Well-known online streaming platform 'ZEE5' bought the digital rights for a humongous prize. It acquired the streaming rights of all the South Indian languages and fans are eagerly waiting for it. ZEE5 team officially announced that 'RRR' will be premiering in all South Indian languages on 20th May.

Announcing the world digital premiere, the ZEE5 team released a specially made trailer which is quite dramatic. But it has been revealed that this much-awaited project is being made available on a pay-per-view basis. For people who don't know this, you need to pay every time when you want to watch this movie. Though there were rumors about it, fans never thought that it would happen. But the news has surely upset them now. They took to social media and started posting trolls and negative comments against the ZEE5 digital platform.

It is the time when movies are getting pirated just within an hour of their digital release, making the film available on a pay-per-view basis is sure to bring a lot of loss to the OTT platform according to the experts. A film like 'RRR' is almost watched by everyone and a lot of negativity has risen about the pay-per-view model from the ZEE5 digital platform.

Many are suggesting that the Zee team needs to directly premiere 'RRR' on ZEE5 for its subscribers without any hurdles. Let us see if the Zee officials change their decision or not.

The pan-Indian film which was released on 25th March created a huge euphoria. The movie turned out to be the biggest opener in India by grossing 223 crores on the first day itself. The lead actors delivered stupendous performances and MM Keeravani is the music composer who is one of the main pillars in the film's success. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn appears in a brief role. Olivia Morris is also a part of the film and she looked very cute.
