According to the latest reports coming in from the United States, 4 Indian-American senior citizens tragically died in a car accident in the United States. The victims are Dr. Kishore Divan (89), Asha Divan (85), Shailesh Divan (86), and Gita Divan (84) who were close relatives. They were traveling from Buffalo, New York to visit the famous Prabhupada�s Palace of Gold in West Virginia on July 29, 2025.
Their last known location was a Burger King in Erie, Pennsylvania. After that, they went missing, and their families reported it to the police. A large search operation was launched by the authorities. Their car, a 2009 Toyota Camry, was finally found on August 2 down a steep valley near Big Wheeling Creek Road in Marshall County, West Virginia just five miles from their destination.
All four were found dead at the scene. The recovery of the vehicle took hours due to difficult terrain. Police believe the car may have slipped off the road, but the exact cause is still under investigation. The Indian-American community in the U.S. is deeply saddened by this tragic incident, and local authorities are working closely with the families and the community.
