Simple $600 Fine, But Indian H1B Got Cancelled!

The United States immigration authorities have been extremely hard when it comes to imposing the restrictions regarding the work permit visas in the country. Now we have arrived at a point where even simple fines and traffic violations are resulting in extreme consequences.

Now we are hearing the case of an Indian origin individual who has faced an extremely pathetic situation as he earlier had a fine of $600, which has now converted into something extraordinary.

Apparently, this individual had a violation of $600, which went unpaid as he had shifted to a new house and did not receive the notice from the earlier court. However, he was not expecting the kind of consequences that followed as he found himself in an extremely dangerous situation.

The court to forward this case to the department of Homeland security, and this individual ended up getting his H1B visa revoked. It is extremely shocking to see that an Indian origin individual who had access to the H1B Visa got the visa cancelled at the last moment due to the fact that he had an unpaid traffic violation ticket of $600.

This is the situation of the Indian community in the United States as the local immigration authorities are just finding reasons to revoke the standing visas. If this situation does not change soon, then there could be little consequences as well.
