A recent viral video from Birmingham, UK, has caught wide attention on social media. In the clip, a young woman, identified online as an Indian student, is seen approaching a parked car and wiping its front window without being asked.

Soon after, she knocks on the car and demands £20, which is roughly ₹2,300, for the service. The surprised driver questions her, pointing out that it was only a quick wipe and does not justify such a huge amount. However, the woman insists on the payment, saying that it is the “cost of living” in the UK.

As the exchange continues, the driver refuses to pay and calls her demand “highway robbery.” Reports mention that she even told the driver he would not be able to leave unless he paid the money.

The unusual confrontation has drawn mixed reactions online. While many viewers criticized the act as harassment or extortion, others felt the video may have been staged for social media views, especially since the same people appear in other similar clips.

Local authorities are said to be reviewing the matter, but so far, no official action has been confirmed. The video continues to spark debate over authenticity and ethics.
