Viswaroopam first in Theaters, later on DTH

Actor-Director Kamal Hassan's upcoming film 'Viswaroopam' has caught in the DTH row. The film has been hitting the headlines in the past few days soon after Kamal Hasan proposal to release the film first on DTH. The Theater owners and Distributors had strongly objecting Kamal Hassan move and protested against him.
Now, Kamal Hassan has decided to release the film 'Viswaroopam' first in theaters on January 25.The release date for DTH platform will be announced later.
Earlier, the film 'Viswaroopam' was scheduled to release on January 10 on DTH platform followed by theater release on January 11th.Due to the protests by theater owners and distributors, Kamal Hassan has called off his plans. Later he held the meeting with DTH Companies, Distributors and Theater Owners to resolve the problem.
On the other hand,Kamal Hassan fans are eagerly awaiting for the release of his magnum opus 'Vishwaroopam'.
