A Hero Who Has Deceived A Producer...

Again criminal allegations are cropping up on kannada hero Yash. About a chit fund company, Yash has faced criminal allegations in the past. Some have filed a case against him. Recently a movie producer also alleged Yash for cheating. Yash, who named as Sandalwood Rock star accepted to do a new project and took around Rs.10 lakhs from the producer 'Thimmaraju' as advance. Since long time, Yash didn't give dates for the movie and moreover he is not ready to return the money. Thimmaraju has complained in the producer's association for justice. But Yash has claimed that he truly took 10 lakhs to work in the direction of Anil and waited for that movie.
But that project didn't start and didn't agree to work for another project by which his time of six months was wasted. So Yash didn't return the money. Yash said that.. in kannada industry, they will give advance and later gives the dates for making the movie, and the producers have to utilise the dates for the project. If not no one will return the advance once taken. If the producer gives the present market's remuneration, Yash is ready to work for Thimmaraju's movie.
