'Rape is Surprise Sex': Case against Actress

A remark on rape led to a ugly public spat between actors Sunny Leone and Kamaal R Khan prompting them to file police cases against each other.
As per Kamaal R Khan's version, Sunny Leone has commented that 'Rape is not a crime, it's just a surprise sex'.
However, Sunny denied making such controversial comments on the issue like Rape. "Sad when you wake up in the morning and reporters are writing about a lie that was said on my behalf by a well known liar Kamaal R Khan. Whoever has said this rape comment is an idiot. I never said this. Grow up!," she reacted.
Sunny Leone lodged a complaint with the Mumbai's Cyber Crime Investigation Cell against Kamaal R Khan for falsely attributing controversial comments on sensitive issue to her. Later, Kamaal R Khan filed a complaint against the actress and also planning to file a defamation suit against her. He even promised to sent Sunny Leone away from India.
