Its known news that Lakshmi Manchu was blessed with a baby girl through surrogacy recently.She opted for surrogacy after the failure of all her attempts to give birth to a child in natural way.Being busy celebrities Lakshmi Manchu and her husband Andy Srinivasan are busy these days with some pressing works. Then who is taking care about Lakshmi daughter?
