Super hit Kannada movie Lucia has been remade into Tamil as Enakkul Oruvan.The first look of the film has been released today and it has met with largely positive response
Lover boy Siddharth plays the lead in Enakkul Oruvan with Sandalwood's Deepa Sannadhi making her Tamil debut as the female lead. Ennakkul Oruvan is the title of Kamal Haasan's movie which was released in 1984.
Lucia was a movie made out of crowd funding in Karnataka. It was a major critical success and soon gained cult following among the movie lovers across the country. Siddharth who was completely bowled over by the film immediately decided to do a remake for the first time in his career.
After shifting his base from Tollywood Siddarth is scoring back to back hits in Kollywood.After his recent release – Jigarthanda, Siddharth will have his Kaaviya Thalaivan as his next release. Ennakul Oruvan will release after Kaaviya Thalaivan sometime in October.
