One side China is preparing its business delegates to pursue new investment opportunities in India in view of China President Xi Jinping visit. But Modi preparing his arms to counter China attacks on border.
PMO disclosed new foreign policy initiative for countering Beijing's growing influence in the Indian Ocean region. Till now India used to be mute spectator on border or Indian Ocean region issues. After Modi arrival itÂ’s preparing strong arms to counter rival countries. Considering this India is in plans to launch a new project called Mausam. ItÂ’s a new initiative to connect with ancient Indian friends in the Indian Ocean region.
The project focuses on the natural wind phenomenon, especially monsoon winds used by Indian sailors in ancient times for maritime trade. The project is a counter to China maritime project “silk route” which announced by Chinese government few months back. Seems it’s an tough time to Chinese president in Indian visit this time.
