After Sania and Sachin, insult case on Big B

According to a complainant named Chetan Dhimant, a complaint was lodged on Big B Amitabh as he was seen sporting national flag around him way back in February at the India-Pakistan match of the world cup. It was said in complaint that the way Big B wore the flag has downgraded India.
The incident took place at a stadium in Adelaide, Australia however the complaint is booked in Ghaziabad, UP under Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971, and the Flag Code of India, 2002
Earlier similar complaints are lodged on Sania Mirza and Sachin Tendulkar for insulting Indian flag. Coming to Big BÂ’s case, there are five witnesses who are ready to record their statement before magistrate if needed. We have to see where this goes.
