Baalayya stamina helping Lion on Day 2

The performance and fate of the film will depends on the day one response from viewers. But then there are also those heroes who are beyond such situations and it is their sheer stamina that pulls the crowds to the theatres irrespective of the talk. Baalayya is one such actor who falls under that category. Balakrishna's latest outing "Lion", which has been directed by debutante Satyadeva, has received mixed reviews and ratings from critics. Many feel that "Lion" has a good concept, but director has failed to execute the same on screen.
Lion minted about Rs 5.8 crores (TG+AP) on the first day. With the response it received many predicted that Lion will fell flat at BO. But the charishma of Baalayya came fore to rescue the film. As per reports the film performed well in second day BO and it is expected to collect 2.5 cr to 3 cr share on day 2 at BO. This is a decent figure given the current market scenario.
The film is going to be benefited with the weekend and there is no competition for the film at BO. Different collection centers across the two states and also in overseas locations have reported that the collections were good and the theatre occupancy was more than 75%. The film rights were sold for very less price and it just needs to continue the momentum to enter into profits. However the real picture will be emerged by end of Sunday shows.
