Venky to star in Bhaskara the Rascal

Actor Venkatesh is known for hi slove towards remake films. If there is a talk of hit in Kollywood or Mollywood or even Bollywood the first person to check for prospects of remaking with him in the lead will be none other than Venky.Starting from 'Bodyguard' to Drushyam, from Bol Bachchan and Akshay's 'Oh My God', Venky has a long record of remakes.Now as per report Venky is eyeing one more remake.
If the rumours are to be believed, Venky is inspired by Malayam's "Bhaskara the rascal" starring Mamoothy. Venky's producer-brother Suresh Babu bought the remake rights of this flick.
Bhaskar The Rascal is a 2015 Malayalam film directed by Siddique featuring Mammootty and Nayantara in the lead roles.Produced by Anto Joseph under the banner of Anto Joseph Film Company, the film released on 15 April 2015 and the film is a blockbuster.The original version of the movie has received critical acclaim after its release. Venky has a good at experimenting and hope this new experiment also works!
