Ra Ra Krishnaiah Makers sued! Whats up?

The makers of recently released 'Ra Ra Krishnaiah' has been sued by Tips Industries Ltd for allegedly free-making their Bollywood flick 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya'. The B-Town flick starring real life couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia released in the year 2012.
'Ra Ra Krishnaiah' stars Sundeep Kishan and Regina in lead roles. Jagapathi Babu played a pivotal role in the second half of the movie. P Mahesh made his directorial debut with this entertainer. Even though the lip-lock sequence has generated enough buzz, The film failed to live up to the expectations and ended up as a flop.
In the press release, Tips informed the plot and characterizations of 'Ra Ra Krishnaiah' are very similar to that of 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya'.
Producer Vamsi Krishna, however, refuses to accept 'Ra Ra Krishnaiah' is a remake of 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya'. He went on to say if there is any resemblance between the two films its just a coincidence. He already sent a reply to Tips in this regard.
