Former CM passes away in Tirupati

Former Odisha Chief Minister Janaki Ballabh Patnaik breathed his last in Tirupati on Tuesday at the age of 89.
Sources say, Patnaik has been suffering from Blood Pressure for sometime and passed away while undergoing treatment in Swims.
Born on January 3rd, 1927, Janaki Ballabh Patnaik who is a Congress Leader became Chief Minister of Odisha for the first time in 1980 and was in power till 1989. Again from 1995, He served as CM for a period of 4 years. He also became a Union Minister for a brief period and was appointed as the Governor of Assam in the year 2009.
Final Rites of Janaki Ballabh Patnaik will be performed at Puri. Rest In Peace Patnaik!!!
