What did Jagan request KCR?

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao passed the orders to levy 'Entry Tax' on AP Vehicles from April 1st, 2015. This call will affect crores of people as it will lead to huge rise in tariffs.
"Inspite of Bifurcation, We speak the same language and live like a family. Decisions taken by Governments shouldn't be an burden to Telugu people. I will be appealing KCR to consider his decision of levying a entry tax on vehicles".
In view of Hyderabad remaining as joint capital for a period of 10 Years, AP Government appealed Telangana Government to continue the current system for 2 more years. However, KCR didn't bother to pay heed to this appeal and gone ahead with his plans. As a result, AP Private Bus Operators decided to stop operating buses from Andhra to Telangana from March 31st midnight.
