Spotted: KCR bows down to the President

Telangana crusader and TRS President KCR is the big boss for the state but it wasnt stopped him to show his respect on elders. Indian President Pranab Mukherjee came to Hyderabad for a vacation and he received rousing reception from state government. The President got grand welcome from the Telangana CM, Governor ESL Narasimhan, state cabinet ministers and officials.
But in an unprecedented gesture and a departure from the protocol, Telangana CM touched the feet of President Pranab Mukherjee. As KCR welcomed the President, he bowed down and touched his feet.President of India stays at the Rashtrapati Nilayam in Bollarum and he will be touring South India till July.
Why should KCR behave abnormally by ditching conventional welcome style? The gesture of KCR Is now turned as hot debate.
