Inter Student Gangraped in Telangana

An Inter First-Year Student has been gangraped by four youths at Old Mall village in Yacharam (which is 45 km from the capital), Ranga Reddy district.
The 17-Year-Old went to the nearby crop fields at around 7 pm. While she was on her way back to home, Four Youngsters stopped, forcibly took her to an isolated place and sexually exploited her.
Family Members of the victim lodged a police complaint. The teenage girl told the cops all the accused were in an inebriated condition. A case under Nirbhaya Act and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been registered against them.
Cops identified the accused as Shekhar, Venkatesh, Vijay and Chinna. All of them were in the age group of 19 to 21 and they were doing odd jobs. Search operation to nab the culprits who are absconding has been launched.
